Terms of Use

Last updated: August 18, 2026

1. Who we are — acceptance of these terms

The Snapidly platform is provided by Snapidly IKE, a company based in Athens, Greece (VAT EL802131808). By using our website and services you accept these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The service

Snapidly lets customers review service professionals and businesses by scanning QR codes or through the public business directory. Reviews are given per area (e.g. speed, politeness) with an optional comment. Ratings are shown in aggregate on the public pages of professionals and businesses.

3. Accounts

No account is needed to leave a review. Professionals and businesses create an account by signing in with Google. You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile information and for any activity through your account.

4. Review rules

Reviews must be based on a genuine service experience. The following are not allowed:

5. Your content and license

Content you submit (scores, comments, profile details) remains yours. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to store it, display it publicly, and include it in aggregate ratings, as part of operating the service.

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms, following review by the platform's administrators.

6. Acceptable use

You may not interfere with the operation of the service, bulk-extract data (scraping), impersonate others, or attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems.

7. Business and professional information

Businesses must provide truthful information (name, VAT number, etc.), and employment links between professionals and businesses must reflect a real working relationship. A business's aggregate ratings include reviews of former team members, insofar as they concern the period of employment there.

8. Availability and warranties

The service is provided “as is”. We make reasonable efforts to keep it available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Ratings and comments express the opinions of users, not of Snapidly IKE.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Snapidly IKE is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service, nor for content submitted by users. Liability that cannot be limited by law (e.g. for willful misconduct or gross negligence) is not limited.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may request deletion of your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy for data retention).

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Greek law. The courts of Athens have jurisdiction over any dispute.

12. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest change. Material changes will be highlighted in the service. For any questions: privacy@snapidly.com.
